Terms of Service

These terms are written in plain language on purpose. By creating an account or using ArtMint.Shop ("the platform") you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

1. Accounts

  • You sign in with a Google account and must be at least 18.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, attempt to extract creators' prompt IP, or generate prohibited content.

2. Generated content & uploads

  • Only upload photos of yourself or people who have given you permission. Tools that place a person into generated scenes must never be used to impersonate, harass, or misrepresent someone.
  • You own the images you generate, to the extent permitted by Google's Gemini API terms, and may use them personally or commercially.
  • Prohibited: sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive deepfakes of real people, and content that is illegal where you live.

3. Credits

  • 1 credit = 1 generated image. Failed generations are automatically refunded.
  • Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and don't expire.
  • Welcome credits are a free gift and may be adjusted for abuse (e.g. duplicate accounts).

4. Purchases & creators

  • Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
  • Creators warrant that they own or have rights to the prompts and assets in the tools they publish, and receive their revenue share via Stripe Connect.
  • Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

5. Bring-your-own-key (BYOK)

If you add your own Google AI Studio key, usage of that key bills to your Google account under Google's terms. Your key is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and used only to run generations you request.

6. The honest disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is". Generative AI output can be wrong, weird, or unavailable when upstream providers have outages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

7. Changes

We'll update these terms as the product evolves and change the date above when we do. Material changes will be announced on the site.
